All Sales Final All sales of original artwork and fine art prints are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
- Fine Art Prints: Because our prints are custom-made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Original Artwork: We do our best to represent the colors and texture accurately online. If you are unsure about a piece, please request additional photos or video prior to purchase.
Damaged in Transit In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process a claim, please:
- Take photos of the damage to the artwork.
- Take photos of the packaging (box, tube, and label).
- Email us immediately at hello@brittanywas.com
We will arrange a replacement for prints or discuss restoration/insurance claims for originals immediately.
