Shipping Policy

Fine Art Prints: Our prints are custom-made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production time before shipping. All prints are shipped in heavy-duty tubes or reinforced flat mailers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Original Oil Paintings: Original works are packed with the utmost care. We insure every shipment for its full value. Large works may require crate shipping; if this is the case, we will contact you directly to coordinate delivery. Please allow 5-7 business days for the careful packaging of original works.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that for international orders, any duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Return & Exchange Policy

Damaged in Transit: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement for prints or discuss restoration/insurance claims for originals immediately.

Change of Mind:

• Prints: Because prints are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
• Originals: All sales of original artwork are final. We do our best to represent the colors and texture accurately online. If you are unsure, please request more photos prior to purchase.
